Residents and businesses in parts of the Tema Region should expect temporary power outages from Tuesday, September 29 to Thursday, October 1 as the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG undertakes planned maintenance works.
The interruptions will occur daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. as part of efforts to improve service reliability.
On Tuesday, September 29, the affected areas will include Community 18, Cambodia, Manet Estate, Coastal Estate, Adjetey Ansah, Akuaba, Bankuman, Naval Quarters, Manhean SHS, Klagon, Klagon Water Works, High Tension, Under Bridge, EMEF, Kasapreko Packaging and surrounding communities.
Wednesday, September 30 will see interruptions in Sakumono Village, Golf City, Celebrity Golf Club, EMEF, Nungua P&T, Fridays, RMU, Sege, Kasseh, Koluadu, Hwakpo, Aqua Safari, Tamatiku, Big Ada, Ada Foah, Treasure Island, Ocanseykope, Totope, Tokpo, Twumkpo, Agbetikpo, Siko, Memoji, Posolipo, Buena Vista Home and nearby areas.
On Thursday, October 1, the affected communities will include Devtraco, Shalom Spot, Collins Dauda, Addogonnor, Danadams, Frimpoma Estate, Okpōigonnō, Glowlamp, PS Global, Green Hill Hospital, Global Court, Don Bosco, Sebrepor, Gbetsile, EMEF Estate, White House, Bethlehem, Tulaku, Bush Canteen and surrounding areas.
ECG has apologised for the inconvenience and advised customers in the affected areas to plan ahead for the scheduled interruptions.
