Olympic gymnastics champion Simone Biles has sold her former home in Spring, Texas, for an estimated amount of up to US$1.24 million, closing a chapter on the property where she lived for six years with her husband, NFL player Jonathan Owens.

The sale came after Biles shared an emotional video on TikTok in which she struggled to hold back tears while reflecting on the memories she had made in the house.

“I was here for six years, and I feel like there were just so many good memories, so many bad memories,” she said in the video. “But I feel like I grew up in this house. It’s made me a real adult, so I’m gonna miss it.”

Biles also showed viewers the property’s empty rooms and backyard, which features a swimming pool. She wished the future owners happiness in the home, saying she hoped it would bring them as much joy as it had brought her.

In the caption accompanying the video, the 29-year-old revealed that the property had sold within four days of going on the market.

According to the Houston Business Journal, the 3,998-square-foot house was listed for US$1.275 million. It went under contract five days after the listing became active on September 21, 2026, and the sale was completed on October 15. The Houston Association of Realtors placed the final sale price within a range of US$1.08 million to US$1.24 million.

The four-bedroom property includes a swimming pool, a media room, a study and a three-car garage.

Biles and Owens lived in the house while their custom-built Texas home was under construction. The couple completed their new residence in November 2025 after several years of planning and building.
