New Patriotic Party (NPP) Kwadaso Constituency Chairman Yaw Bona Boadi has died, former Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has announced.
Dr Bawumia confirmed the death in a Facebook post on Sunday, October 25, 2026, although details surrounding Mr Boadi’s passing remain unclear.
He described the late chairman as a committed party member who dedicated his time and resources to the development of Kwadaso and the NPP.
Dr Bawumia said Mr Boadi’s death was a significant loss to the party and the constituency, noting that his contributions would be remembered.
“My deepest condolences go to his family and to all NPP members in Kwadaso. We have lost a pillar,” he wrote.
He urged party members to remain united and continue the work of the late chairman in honour of his memory.
Dr Bawumia also prayed for God to grant Mr Boadi eternal rest.
